Montague International Investments Announces Acquisition of Hi-Tech Crime Solutions

Philadelphia, PA, July 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Montague International Investments had announced today the acquisition on June 14, 2012 of 87% of all outstanding stock of Hi-Tech Crime Solutions (SPFM). As a result of the acquisition, the Board of Directors of Hi-Tech Crime Solutions lead by Greg Evans had resigned in favor of the Board of Directors led by Larisa Saltsova MBA. The company is to be renamed Montague International Holding Ltd with a new trading symbol to be assigned, as soon as FINRA approvals are received and will be concentrated on the Investment Banking and Insurance fields with a special emphasis in investment in overseas projects. The new management has over 20 years of experience working in the international arena and has put together an International Board of Directors to manage the company. Ms. Saltsova and her team are working closely with the investment community and expect to attract new capital of approximately one billion dollars in the near future with preliminary agreements already reached.
