Beers.BG to Feature in "The Good Beer Show," Bansko, August 4th
Sofia, Bulgaria, July 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Beers.BG, the only online premium beer store and wholesaler/distributor in Bulgaria, is proud to announce that it will participate in an exciting upcoming event, the inaugural "The Good Beer Show," a celebration of the best craft beers and cider, from Bulgaria and abroad.
The show will be held at the Bansko Royal Towers resort, Bansko, Bulgaria on Saturday 4th August at 16:00. The show coincides with opening of the 2012 Bansko International Jazz Festival.
The project is a collaborative effort between Beers.BG, the Bansko Royal Towers venue owners, Bansko Blog, premier events and listing site Zavedenia.BG; and 359 Brewery, a startup craft brewery based near Sofia.
It will feature high quality beers (and cider) from Britain, Bulgaria, Germany, Belgium, India and possibly more.
Philip Walsh, co-founder of Beers.BG, said “Our project has proven in just a few months that there is a significant interest in higher-quality, less mass-produced beers in Bulgaria, from both a good number of Bulgarians, plus international residents and visitors.
“The Good Beer Show is intended to take this to the next level, exposing these products to new audiences, some of which will be outside the capital.
“If the Bansko show proves successful, we may well bring it to Sofia and elsewhere after that.”
The event will feature high quality beer with well-matched food (including a pig roast), and entertainment will come in the form of a very popular DJ, "Shaker Maker" who’ll be providing a Rock/Indie vibe to accompany the event.
Show guests will also enjoy the use of the resort’s pool and other facilities.
