Celebrity chef and author Betty Sims has chosen Tennessee Valley Pecan Co. as the newest retail location for her Southern Scrumptious cookbooks and line of products. "As luck would have it, we had already captured her attention too and she actually approached us about the idea first. We, of course, gave her an enthusiastic 'yes'."
Initially Tennessee Valley Pecan Co. will be selling several bakery items, such as the popular cheese biscuits that feature a whole pecan on the top. Other food items to be sold include the ever popular pickles, scones, cinnamon pecan logs, raspberry and mint brownies, and river rocks (a favorite Southern Scrumptious pastry). Additionally, Tennessee Valley Pecan Co. will also offer three Southern Scrumptious cookbooks: Southern Scrumptious Favorites, Southern Scrumptious – How to Cater Your Own Party, and Southern Scrumptious Entertains.
