[x+1] Names Digital Media Veteran Peter Moritz as Senior VP, Sales
[x+1] has hired Peter Moritz as its new Senior Vice President of Sales, reporting to President and COO Peter Massey. He had been running his own marketing strategy consulting business, PWM Associates, where he guided revenue strategies for agency, media, lead generation and technology companies.

Moritz comes to [x+1] after six years of running his own marketing strategy consulting business, PWM Associates, where he guided revenue strategies for agency, media, lead generation and technology companies. He is respected for his strategic vision, precision execution and deep expertise across industry sectors, and for his unique experience with data-driven advertising technologies that are reshaping the media industry. He is the latest in a series of top-level talent additions over the last several months as [x+1] continues to grow.
Prior to forming his own company, which included [x+1] among its clients, Moritz worked at Modem Media (now Publicis Modem) for six years, the last three as Managing Director, Global New Business; for part of his tenure at Modem, he ran the company’s San Francisco office. While working for InterZine Productions in the late 1990s, Moritz helped create some of the earliest online media pricing strategies. He helped the company effectively price, market and sell online content for major Internet clients including AOL.
