Zipmark Lands Payments Industry Veteran to Lead Partnerships and Alliances
Former Revolution Money executive, Kenneth Douglas, to lead the development of channel partnerships and strategic alliances to launch Zipmark risk-free, digital checks.
New York, NY, July 25, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Zipmark, the 21st Century Checkbook, announces the expansion of its team with the appointment of Kenneth Douglas to Head of Partnerships and Alliances reporting directly to CEO, Jay Bhattacharya. Kenneth will be responsible for driving the company's worldwide strategic partnership, alliances and channel relationships. Kenneth brings a track record of leveraging global relationships in the payment industry to successfully build and scale growth stage companies.
Prior to Zipmark, Kenneth was GM and VP Merchant Services at Revolution Money which was acquired by American Express Company and rebranded as Serve™. At Revolution Money, he developed relationships and integrated into several of the world’s largest merchant processing platforms, payment gateways and network switches, enabling card acceptances at over 700,000 merchant locations. Most recently, he held executive management positions at two early stage companies, Twitpay and Adility, that were both successfully acquired.
