Postcode Anywhere Shortlisted for Software Satisfaction Awards 2012
Double Nominations for address specialist in this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards.
Worcester, United Kingdom, July 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Address specialist, Postcode Anywhere, has been shortlisted as a finalist in two separate categories in the annual Software Satisfaction Awards.
The Software Satisfaction awards are amongst the most prestigious in the IT industry and are voted for directly by customers who participate in the largest business software survey undertaken in the UK. They were established to recognise the highest standards achieved by software providers serving UK businesses by Sift Media in partnership with Intellect.
Over 10,000 users and purchasers of software are asked to rate business software products on four key attributes: ease of use; functionality; reliability; and value for money.
The awards, now in their seventh year, provide a platform for vendors and resellers to both measure and prove their commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.
Postcode Anywhere has been nominated in the CRM category as well as being invited to compete for the title of software vendor of the year. With over 70 companies in total entering this year's awards, there was tough competition to get shortlisted.
Tom Dunkerley, Sift Media managing director and organiser of the awards, recently commented on the impact of the awards. He said: "SSA12 recognises and rewards excellence in customer service, providing more than just a chance to add a trophy to the office display cabinet. It acts as a fully independent customer satisfaction survey. This offers a valuable opportunity for software vendors to hear first-hand from their customers, enabling them to evolve and develop products to meet customer needs."
