Guardian is awarded the Janitorial, Window Cleaning and Integrated Pest Management contracts for one of the largest buildings in New York City.

(Guardian), one of New York’s oldest, privately-held corporations, was recently awarded the janitorial and related services contract for one of New York’s largest commercial properties, the prestigious 55 Water Street. Co-owners Alan Bressler and Sandy Herzfeld stated that “55 Water Street is an extremely prestigious address and we are very pleased to add it to our portfolio.
