Former Loan Servicing and Trial/Coverage Counsel James S. Renaldo Joins Smith Dollar

Santa Rosa, CA, July 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Financial services law firm Smith Dollar PC (www.smithdollar.com) announced today that attorney James S. Renaldo has joined the firm’s mortgage litigation practice. Mr. Renaldo will head the firm’s office in Tampa, Florida.

Mr. Renaldo joins Smith Dollar with more than 27 years of commercial litigation, mortgage, compliance, corporate, contract, securities, and real estate law experience. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. He most recently served as the General Counsel for Quantum Servicing Corporation, a loan servicing company. Prior to this position, Mr. Renaldo was managing trial counsel and coverage counsel for Fidelity National Title Group, Inc. Throughout his career, Mr. Renaldo has effectively represented the legal needs of diversified private and public companies and individuals. As both in-house and outside counsel, Mr. Renaldo has handled complex commercial litigation, licensing, mergers/acquisitions, insurance issues, real estate matters and dispute resolution, and contract preparation, negotiation and review. He has also directed and coordinated federal, state and local compliance.
