Recordsforce Announces Deployment of the BPS Client Portal
Provides real-time, cloud-based tracking of Recordsforce’s document conversion services.
Portsmouth, NH, July 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Recordsforce, Inc., announced today the launch of its document conversion client portal for its outsourced document scanning customers. The BPS Client Portal, an extension of Recordsforce’s production management system, “Production Manager” by Be Productive Systems or BPS, is a unique-to-the-industry records management and tracking portal, giving Recordsforce’s clients the real-time means to manage their records as they are processed through Recordsforce’s document scanning production environment.
The BPS Client Portal addresses both the need for and desire of clients to clearly understand where their records stand during their conversion from paper to digital image. The portal allows customers to schedule their own record shipments, confirming “chain of custody” before they even leave the client’s hands. Plus, the portal allows users to track their records - in real time - as they move through Recordsforce’s SSAE16-Type II compliant, production conversion process. Additionally, the portal maintains a complete reporting history of each record set that was completed, providing Recordsforce’s clients a complete audit trail.
