La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa Hire Three Key Team Members
Katherine Fowler, Senior Sales Manager; Tu Tran, Director of Front Office Operations and Christopher Fizer, Director of Recreation for La Torretta. These positions will be working to coordinate and improve guests’ relations, staff management, increase group and event sales revenue and resort amenities, all integral aspects to continued growth and excellence of the resort.
Houston, TX, July 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa located on Lake Conroe is pleased to announce the recent hiring of three key members to their hospitality team. Katherine Fowler will join as the Senior Sales Manager, Tu Tran as the Director of Front Office Operations and Christopher Fizer as the Director of Recreation for La Torretta. These positions will be working to coordinate and improve guests’ relations, staff management, increase group and event sales revenue and resort amenities, all integral aspects to the continued growth and excellence of the resort.
Katherine Fowler comes to La Torretta with 14 years of experience in the hotel industry with her last location in New Mexico as a Sales Manager. She began with La Torretta on July 9th and is handling the South Texas corporate meetings for La Torretta. Katherine has worked with Marriott, Hilton and Omni chains before joining the La Torretta Team. She was named top preforming manager 13 times and received Manager of the Year.
Christopher Fizer has 12 years of experience in the hotel industry, specifically recreation and activities area. He joins us from The Westin in Rancho Mirage, California. Christopher has travel around the world working locations such as Saipan, Greece, Guam and the Dominican Republic. With Christopher’s vast experiences around the globe one can only imagine the creative insights that he is sure to bring to La Torretta.
Tu Tran was an Executive Housekeeper in Marksville, LA before joining the La Torretta Team. He was also a Front Office Manager, Director of Operations and Manager of Hotel Operations at numerous other properties. Tu was instrumental in establishing protocols in his departments which increase hotels’ scores in numerous areas and increased revenue.
