Paragon Commercial Bank Names Stephanie Bryant as Vice President Development Officer
VP Development Officer Responsible for Managing Clients’ Personal Banking Accounts
Charlotte, NC, July 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Paragon Commercial Bank (http://www.paragoncommercial.com), North Carolina’s first business-only bank, has announced that Stephanie Bryant has been named as the VP development officer for the bank’s Charlotte office. In this position, Bryant is responsible for managing personal banking accounts and making sure that personal banking clients receive an exceptional banking experience. She focuses on relationship banking that is customer service driven. In addition, she is responsible for introducing prospective clients to the value of a personal banking relationship with Paragon.
Bryant has more than 15 years of experience in residential mortgage and construction lending, retail banking and residential real estate brokerage. Out of college, she began her career as a loan closer at a small savings bank with a single loan office in the Southpark area. From there, she worked her way up through various capacities including loan processing, loan originating and construction lending and branch management. When that bank was acquired, she was folded into the new company’s operations in Charlotte as their retail branch manager and construction lender. Bryant later changed organizations and focused solely on residential construction lending before opening her own residential real estate brokerage company.
Bryant earned a B.A. in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2001, she won the award for Home Builders Association of Charlotte Women’s Council Woman of the Year.
