Jeff and Ruby Anderson the owners of Enforce Krav Maga are excited to be involved with educating and training Tampa area residents how to protect themselves. Krav Maga is the best self defense available to people of all ages and sizes. Krav maga means “close contact” and originated in Israel. This form of self defense does not follow rules like traditional martial arts. “Many people have never heard of Krav Maga so we have to educate the public on how krav maga can be beneficial and may even save their life one day,” according to Jeff, the head instructor. “Krav Maga is easy to learn because the movements are based on your natural reaction to an attack. After training at Enforce Krav Maga, students become stronger, faster and more self confident. Many students lose weight because of the cardio aspect of the class.
