e-DBA Nominated for Three UK Oracle User Group Awards (UKOUG)
e-DBA announce their nominations for three UKOUG Awards.
Chelmsford, United Kingdom, August 03, 2012 --(PR.com)-- e-DBA, an Oracle Platinum Partner specialising in the provision of Oracle Software, Hardware and 24/7 managed services, has been nominated for three awards by the UK Oracle User Group. These nominations, which recognise the company’s success in the past year, are for Oracle Managed Service Partner of the Year, Oracle Database Partner of the Year, and Oracle General Business Partner of the Year.
UKOUG provides Oracle users with the opportunity to influence the design, efficiency and technology that is vital to the Oracle community. The membership organisation was developed to give an independent voice to Oracle Stakeholders, an attribute that is highly valued by e-DBA.
These nominations follow e-DBA’s continued growth over the past year which involved an increase in team size within Research and Development and Managed Services. This growth has enabled e-DBA to build upon the size of their customer base within Managed Services which has been very beneficial to the company. The investment in new technologies has also lead to further success for e-DBA. These new technologies include BigData, NoSQL, and Engineered Systems.
Alex Louth, Managing Director “Over the last twelve months we have been working hard to adopt even more Oracle technology and we are pleased that our efforts have been acknowledged.” He added “These nominations pay a testament to the whole e-DBA team, who have worked very hard to ensure our customers are always at the forefront of the latest Oracle technology.”
Voting is now open on the UKOUG website and will close on the 10th September. The link to the voting page is http://www.registrationline.org.uk/pya/voter.asp. The UKOUG Awards Ceremony will be held on the 18th October 2012 at the Roof Gardens, and it is here that they will announce the winners.
