CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners Closes Sale on 82,500 SF Land in Historic Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas
Dallas, TX, August 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) today announces the sale of 82,500 square feet of land located at the corner of Northwest 28th Street and Ellis Avenue in Fort Worth, Texas, on behalf of the seller, Lucky Lady Oil Company. Located within walking distance of the historic stockyards, the site included four industrial buildings totaling 22,791 square feet of space at the time of the sale and was purchased by RC&C LLC Properties.

The buyer, RC&C LLC Properties, a financial holding company based in Arlington, Texas, was represented by Jesus Araiza of Armada Commercial Real Estate. The new ownership currently has plans to redevelop the land for a Mexican food restaurant.
