Its conference facility can accommodate up to 120 participants according to various configurations with a state-of-the-art equipment that includes: Stereo system with microphones; Lectern; Large projection screen; Retro projector; WIFI + Access to printing and photocopying equipment

Starting today, the Riverside Boutique Resort will make available two types of packages to companies and organizations that wish to make use of its conference facility.

I - Seminar Packages with Accomodation when bedrooms are also required

A. Full day Seminar Package with 2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch:
* Up to 10 participants: 350,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 250,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 200,000 Kips per person per day

B. Half day Seminar Package with 1 coffee break and 1 lunch:
* Up to 10 participants: 300,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 200,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 160,000 Kips per person per day

C. Half day Seminar Package with 1 coffee break:
* Up to 10 participants: 60,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 50,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 40,000 Kips per person per day

II - Seminar Packages without Accomodation when bedrooms are not required

A. Full day Seminar Package with 2 coffee breaks and 1 lunch:
* Up to 10 participants: 550,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 300,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 230,000 Kips per person per day

B. Half day Seminar Package with 1 coffee break and 1 lunch:
* Up to 10 participants: 450,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 250,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 180,000 Kips per person per day

C. Half day Seminar Package with 1 coffee break:
* Up to 10 participants: 350,000 Kips per person per day
* 10 to 40 participants: 150,000 Kips per person per day
* More than 40 participants: 80,000 Kips per person per day

The above Seminar Packages include the following:
* Use of conference room from 09:00 to 17:00 for full-day meeting and from 09:00 to 12:30 or from 14:00 to 17:00 for half-day meeting
* Use of one flipchart with markers
* Use of one overhead projector with large screen
* Use of microphones
* Bottled water, writing paper and pens

They do not include the room charge for which a separate quote will be provided. Room prices start at 460,000 Kip for Meetings, Conferences and Seminars depending on the group size.

It takes about three hours to reach Vang Vieng by bus or car from Vientiane (160 km). The Riverside Boutique Resort is ideally situated in the southern and most quiet part of the town, next to a small wooden bridge linking both sides of the Nam Song River. All the main city spots are within walking distance.

The Riverside Boutique Resort can arrange transfers to and from the Resort upon request.
