Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta on August 19, 2012

Atlanta, GA, August 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Representatives from the Atlanta Chapter of Wish Upon A Wedding is proud to announce that they will be participating in the Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta, held at The Atlanta Convention Center at America’s Mart on August 19 from 1 – 5pm. The bridal show features a gathering of local and national wedding professionals showcasing their services and products in one central location. The Atlanta chapter will be in the event's main expo to expose and inform participants of the mission and goal of Wish Upon A Wedding.

The Atlanta Chapter was established in April of 2010 and has made amazing strides to carry out the mission of Wish Upon a Wedding. They granted their first wedding wish in November 2010, and a second wish in March 2011 and are gearing up for another wedding wish take place by the end of 2012. Wish Upon a Wedding’s mission is to celebrate the courage, determination and spirit of these couples by granting their dream wedding Wishes. Their hope is that chosen recipients can inspire other couples facing similar situations to find hope and strength.

Wish Upon a Wedding, a nationwide 501(c)(3) organization, is the first nonprofit wish granting organization providing weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness and serious life altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation. Wish Upon a Wedding was established in January, 2010 and currently has over 20 chapters throughout the United States.
