Black Belts are the critical core of ever y Six Sigma implementation. They are change agents and leaders, project managers and problem solvers. Often the best and the brightest employees of an organization, Black Belts work full-time solving chronic issues that plague company performance.

In order to get certified from BMG University, the participant will need to:
1. Complete the course
2. Pass four exams of four hours online (with minimum 70% grade in each exam) and,
3. Submit one completed project report
Each participant will have to carry a Laptop Computer with MS Office & Minitab version 14 pre-loaded. We will provide a 30 days demo version of Minitab software for first time use. The laptop should not have Minitab 14 Demo already installed and expired before coming to the training.
