Miami, FL, August 15, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Nadadores of South Florida (“Nadadores”) invite you to “Dive In” at the Dugout, Midtown Miami’s newest Sports Bar to celebrate 18 years of swimming.
The Nadadores, want you to be part of their 18th year anniversary celebration at the Dugout in Midtown Miami. The Nadadores are celebrating 18 years of swimming and 18 years of being part of the South Florida Community.
“For 18 years, the Nadadores have been a part of the South Florida community and giving back to the community has been a core value of the team for these 18 years,” said Kirk Arthur, Team Co-Captain.
The Nadadores have also commenced their search for a not-for-profit organization to benefit from their annual fundraiser, which will be held in late September. The annual fundraiser promotes awareness of GLBT initiatives in the community, while celebrating diversity and inclusiveness.
“Our dynamic organization is comprised of a diverse membership base that comes together once a year to celebrate our history and to give back to the community that has given us so much over the past 18 years,” added Arthur.
If you are interested in being a recipient of the 2011 Noche Nadadores Fundraiser, please contact Kirk or Diego at nadadores@nadadores.org.
The Nadadores are also looking for sponsors and/or partners for this year’s event, if your organization is interested in being part of this event, contact them.
In past years Noche Nadadores has been held at the KMP furniture gallery in Miami’s upcoming Modern (MiMo) District, the event included an open bar, gourmet appetizers, a silent auction, and a fabulous swimsuit fashion show, courtesy of Creative Male. The organizations that have benefitted from funds raised by Noche Nadadores include Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, Safe Schools of South Florida, Pridelines Youth Services, and Assistance Dogs of the West.
Details about this year’s events will be announced in late August at www.nadadores.org.
