Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Expands Utah Operations to Keep Up with Customer Growth
Salt Lake City, UT, August 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, one of Utah's leading real estate services company, announced today that it has expanded its Salt Lake City area operations with the hiring of more than 90 real estate professionals since the beginning of the year to staff its 11 offices along the Wasatch Front.
The recent hiring surge is designed to meet increasing demand for its brokerage services from both homebuyers and sellers in the local area. In all, the Salt Lake City area offices have added 93 agents to bring the staffing to more than 700 sales professionals.
Most of the company's hires are seasoned Realtors who have joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from competing companies, where they were top producers and responsible for millions in sales volume over the past year.
Some of the largest office expansions have been the company’s Union Heights and Provo-Orem offices with 14 agents each, the North Davis-Layton office with 13 agents, and the Jordan Commons office with 11 agents.
