From Tetsuya Wakuda to Neil Perry and from Rene Redzepi to Heston Blumenthal, the event will bring together a fantastic mix of over 20 Australian and international wine and food personalities.
Pre-sale ticket choices include premium ticket to Gourmet Village ($28 worth of Gourmet Escape Money – official village currency), taking place on the Saturday and Sunday of the festival. Also, there will be tickets available to attend a Gourmet Beach BBQ at Smiths Beach.
Renowned celebrity chefs including Matt Moran, George Calombaris and Matt Stone will entertain at and host each session and specially prepare every Gourmet BBQ menu.
