The book explains that as individuals, when we are heart-centered and set our heart’s desire to resonate with the energy of love, we create a powerful, radiant energy field. The Resonance Guide Book suggests that in order to successfully accomplish evolutionary change, resonance is the key energy, especially when practiced within a co-creative community.
