The first seminar, titled: 2013 Condo Budget Planning: Tips to Add Services Without Increases, will take place on Tuesday, August 28th at 6 p.m. at the Axis at Brickell located at 79 S.W. 12th Street, Miami, Florida 33130. The second seminar, titled: Strategic Financial Planning for Condominium Associations, will be held on Thursday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the Coral Gables Country Club located at 997 North Greenway Drive, Miami, Florida 33134.
