Advanced WordPress is open for enrollment again at The Small Business Center at Wake Tech Community College Small Business Center in Cary, NC. Michelle Gower of Gower Power Consulting, LLC, the Triangle’s leading WordPress website training firm, will lead the three-Monday course at the Western Campus September 10 through September 24, 2012. The three-part class will take small business owners and other students deeper into the wonders and abilities of using WordPress to manage their web sites.

The three-part class "will take small business owners and other students deeper into the wonders and abilities of using WordPress to manage their web sites starting in the very first session,” said Gower. "We want to empower and educate small business owners who currently own a WordPress-built web site to be in charge of how it’s back up, edited, designed, customized, and upgraded without having to spend thousands per year on upkeep, or ripping their hair out trying to learn how to do it alone."
The three-part class picks up where How to Build a WordPress Website leaves off. “The Advanced WordPress course is for those who want a deeper dive into things like security, learning my ‘ninja moves,’ understanding how themes are created, safe plugins to use, and more,” said Gower. “However, I have designed this class to be fun and easily understood – there’s no coding or programming items creating any kind of roadblock. If you have or manage a WordPress website, then you will get value out of this course.”
