eQuorum Appoints Scott Brandt CEO
Atlanta, GA, August 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Scott A. Brandt has been named President and Chief Executive Officer for eQuorum Corporation, the developer and marketer of ImageSite, a highly configurable enterprise content management system offered as a cloud, SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution or as an on-site solution. Mr. Brandt brings to the position more than 25 years of operating and finance experience for growing technology and SaaS companies.

Prior to joining eQuorum, Mr. Brandt was CFO/COO and Director of Accelarad in Atlanta, where he was responsible for all operating, finance, and administrative functions. Before Accelarad, he was Director and CFO of BACK Aviation Solutions in Atlanta, where he was responsible for strategic planning and business development as part of the Board of Directors and as a company co-founder. The business grew to eight offices worldwide and was sold to Commonwealth Business Media, a United Business Media Company.
Prior to founding BACK Aviation Solutions, Mr. Brandt was a senior Principal for Cresap, a Towers Perrin Company in New York City. He began his career at American Management Systems in Arlington, VA, where he was the youngest Principal in company history.

Mr. Brandt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in civil engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in computer science, both from Duke University, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MSIA) from Carnegie-Mellon University. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and four children.
