Ukrainian Factory "ZHL" Expands Assortment of Cookies
The installing process of a new additional production section – an extruder, on the already existing line of sugar cookies has been successfully completed. Also the transportation system for the production shop floor has been modernized at the confectionery factory ALC "ZHL" which is situated in Zhytomyr (Ukraine).
Zhytomyr, Ukraine, August 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The installing process of a new additional production section – an extruder, on the already existing line of sugar cookies has been successfully completed. Also the transportation system for the production shop floor has been modernized at the confectionery factory ALC "ZHL" which is situated in Zhytomyr (Ukraine).
This equipment was manufactured and delivered by one of the leading Italian companies producing machinery for the confectionery industry. Installation was conducted by Ukrainian specialists led by a representative of the Italian company.
The introduction of such technical elements as an extruder expands the product range, which is already produced on this line, and advanced transportation system allows to protect the products during movement through the production shop floor.
As a result, the factory can produce new kinds of cookies, which are very popular in Europe and are conquering the market of Ukraine. These kinds are: oatmeal cookies with peanuts, raisins and chocolate drops, dome shaped butter cookies with fruit and chocolate fillings, butter cookies without the filling and cookies similar to Italian "Grancereale."
