Anybots’ Telepresence Robot Awarded Key Patent

Anybots Inc. is pleased to announce the fourth key patent was issued for the core technology and designs used in its state-of-the-art telepresence robot.

Mountain View, CA, August 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Anybots, the leading innovator in robotic mobile telepresence, announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued a key patent for its QB telepresence robot. It is the fourth patent awarded to Anybots for technology and designs used in the company’s remotely controlled, mobile, self-balancing telepresence robot.

U.S. Patent No. 8,160,747 “Remotely controlled, self-balancing robot including kinematic image stabilization” covers technologies enabling the use of a self-balancing robot for telepresence.
