The Douglas Company Completes Construction on Westview at Ellisville Project

Ellisville, MO, August 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Toledo, Ohio based general contractor, The Douglas Company, recently completed construction on a brand new assisted living and memory care facility in Ellisville, Missouri.

The Westview at Ellisville senior community provides residents with 77,000 square feet of state-of-the-art living space that offers amenities such as a movie room, day spa and Sky Lounge. Of the eighty units housed in the new building, 24 were designed specifically to provide an enhanced and secure living setting for memory care support needs. Apartments are available in a variety of different floor plans and each includes a refrigerator and microwave oven.

The $9.1 million project is The Douglas Company’s first project for owner Spectrum Retirement Communities. The facility, which is both affordable and luxurious, has begun filling units.
