New Facility Grand Opening for Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption
Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption is pleased to announce the local organization’s recent expansion into a new location at 4874 South Atlanta Road in Smyrna.
Smyrna, GA, August 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The 15,000-sq. ft. building allows them to accommodate 80 dogs and 20 cats at one time, which given their current adoption rate means more animals will be saved from euthanasia across Georgia and the surrounding states. This marks tremendous growth since 2001 when the founder, Judy Price, added an annex to her home to accommodate 20 homeless pets.
To mark the expansion, the organization is planning a Grand Opening on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. and inviting number of select local Chamber of Commerce members, government officials, and media outlets.
