Hollywood Actor Teams with Tampa Realtor® to Create Workshop
Tampa, FL, June 30, 2007 --(PR.com)-- “Acting is easy...believability is hard.” Those are the words of advice acting coach Eugenie Bondurant is giving her new students Rande Friedman and Susan Johnson.
Bondurant an established Hollywood actor whose credits include the “The Fight Club”, “Frazier” and “Arli$$” , was asked by Rande Friedman, Realtor®, a long time friend of her husband, Paul Wilborn to create acting classes for Susan Johnson, decorator, and himself to help them in the production of Friedman’s “Real Estate Reality Show” videos.
“Video makes everyone appear as flat as the television screen and with this type of show it’s important that Rande’s and Susan’s natural personalities are not diminished” says Bondurant. “With Reality Shows there is a fine line between coming across as a game show host and as a genuine interesting person.”
Friedman realized the need for some coaching after viewing the first several of the videos that were done for his White Glove House at Keller Williams. “I thought while they had a local quality about them, I knew that with some professional lessons, we could bring them to a network level.”
Bondurant was just the person for whom Friedman was looking. “I am very lucky to know an actor as creative and willing to participate in this venture.” Friedman continues “We are pioneering the field of residential real estate with staging of homes and now we will have polished streaming videos available on websites, podcasts, and even smartphones such as the Apple iPhone.”
“Video’s impact on everyday life has exploded” notes Friedman. “Just look at the integration of websites like YouTube and MySpace with traditional advertising campaigns, even the Presidential candidates are posting videos. A successful viral video is the “Holy Grail” of every P.R. firm.”
