The new website of CitySlicker, the online flash sale specialist, officially went live on 24 August 2012 after three weeks of beta testing. CitySlicker provides a broader offering of flash sales through the new layout design.

Members of CitySlicker now have access to a broader offering of flash sales and deals organised by location and category. The new categories include Fashion, Home, Eat & Drink and Getaway, on top of the usual City deals. "This categorisation was driven by the growth of our flash sales for fashion, home and wine products," explains Olivier Chas, CEO of CitySlicker. "Flash sales featuring fashion and home product brands alone have increased threefold over the past 3 months. We needed to guide our members better through our offering. Some members join specifically for the fashion sales, others for the getaway or restaurant deals. They all want to be in a position where they can go straight to the deals that interest them most."
