KJT Group Appoints Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff
Honeoye Falls, NY, August 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- KJT Group names Michaela Gascon as Chief Financial Officer and Lynn Clement as Chief of Staff.
Michaela Gascon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for KJT Group and will oversee the financial analysis and reporting functions for the organization. Lynn Clement will assume the role of Chief of Staff and will lead the strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, as well as KJT Group’s continued expansion. Both Gascon and Clement are founding researchers at KJT Group.

Gascon will continue to serve as Research Director where she leads a healthcare market research team and a portfolio of medical product, healthcare services and pharmaceutical clients conducting domestic and global strategic business insight projects.
Clement will add the role of Chief of Staff to her current position as Vice President of Research. “I have worked with Lynn for the past 10 years and as Chief of Staff she has exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships. Her capability to interact at all levels of the organization makes her an ideal person for this new role,” says Tomaszewski.
A graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Gascon completed her MBA at the Rochester Institute of Technology Saunders School of Business and currently resides in the Town of Brighton. Clement received her Master’s Degree in Public Health from Columbia University and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester. She currently lives in Churchville, New York.
