Reksoft has been conducting its annual client satisfaction survey since 2005 and the average satisfaction index for the last six years has reached 92%.
Each year, Reksoft’s customers assess all the soft and quantifiable parameters of the company’s performance in project and services delivery management, detailed to service excellence indicators of individual teams. Each category contains a number of detailed questions, each corresponding to a particular aspect of supplier service quality.
