Harvey Dillon, PhD, is the Director of Research at the National Acoustic Laboratories (NAL) of Australia. Dr. Dillon has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Psychoacoustics. He has taught postgraduate audiology students for many years, and is well known for his research into many aspects of hearing aids.
