Papouli’s Greek Grill Expands Leadership Team
- Jesse Osoria named Restaurant Leader at Papouli’s Alamo Quarry location - Ernesto Hernandez named Restaurant Leader at Papouli’s West Pointe location
San Antonio, TX, September 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Papouli’s Greek Grill announced today the hiring of Jesse Osoria and Ernesto Hernandez. Osoria was named Restaurant Leader and joins the Papouli’s Alamo Quarry team. Hernandez will take over the West Pointe location as Restaurant Leader as well.
Previously a restaurant manager at Hooter’s, Osoria brings 18 years of experience in all facets of restaurant leadership. He currently leads 15 partners.
“I feel like I just joined a new family,” said Osoria. “The whole Papouli’s team has welcomed me with open arms. I’m looking forward to being a part of the company’s bold vision for the fast casual restaurant industry!”
Hernandez has worked for Papouli’s since 2007. He has moved up the ranks and now assumes the position of Restaurant Leader for the West Pointe location.
“I have a great since of pride for this company,” said Hernandez. “Working through the ranks has taught me to respect each individual’s role in the company. No matter the job title, it’s all hard, fulfilling work and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Papouli’s owner Nick Anthony says the expansion of the company’s leadership team is a reflection of the restaurant’s consistent growth over the past several years. Anthony and his veteran team are always selective in who they hire to lead one of their locations.
“Having the right leadership can make or break a restaurant,” said Anthony. “I’m confident Jesse and Ernesto have the experience and charisma to lead the Quarry and West Pointe locations to happier customers and more sales. Both have proved they are passionate and a more-than-capable leaders. I look forward to both sharing their talents with our company.”
