Video Campaign Exceeds Goals, Raises $55,000 for Homeless Animals

Seattle, WA, August 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Inspired by a series of fun, quirky webisodes by On the Leesh Productions, animal lovers contributed more than $55,000 to the "You Can Do This" campaign to help homeless animals on GreaterGood Network's The Animal Rescue Site.

Jessica Arinella, creator, producer, and writer of the What You Can Do series, challenged her viewers at The Unstoppable Minute to raise $50,000 for homeless pets in 50 days, by making a minimum donation of $5 through The Animal Rescue Site's online Gifts That Give More (tm) program.

These donations will go to Petfinder.com Foundation to help shelter animals across the country stay healthy and find a forever home.

"To have not only met our goal but surpassed it inspired us all!" said Arinella. "We celebrated the great success of You Can Do This with thousands of animal lovers from across the country. Their overwhelming generosity shows what is possible one minute or $5 at a time."
