In 2008, Lars was appointed the Director of the Foundling Museum in London, and Visiting Professor at De Montfort University, Leicester. Lars is a regular cruiser with Fred. Olsen and has hosted a number of informative and well-attended talks and lectures across its fleet of four cruise ships – Balmoral, Braemar, Boudicca and Black Watch.
