Nu Flow Thinks "Inside the Pipe" with Launch of Mi-T-Cutter
The Mi-T-Cutter from Nu Flow was constructed to fit in 4”-6” lined pipe and used to cut open lateral reinstatements, trapped drain connections and cutting out hard debris in longer sections of drain lines.
Oshawa, Canada, September 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Nu Flow, a manufacturer, installer and distributer of cost-effective, green repipe alternatives and no-dig solutions, has launched the Mi-T-Cutter, designed to cut open lateral reinstatements from the inside, as opposed to the branch line.
The Mi-T-Cutter from Nu Flow was constructed to fit in 4”-6” lined pipe and used to cut open lateral reinstatements, trapped drain connections and cutting out hard debris in longer sections of drain lines.
The Mi-T-Cutter is 32” long and is accompanied by three different cutting heads. The cutter itself has a bladder that locks it into place making it ideal for vertical pipe reinstatements. With a separate airline, the camera lens is kept free of debris for clear viewing on the 19” monitor. The camera holder is made to fit a Ridgid camera head and can be adjusted to any angle for optimal visibility and includes a 250-foot video coax so that you can view lateral and main views alternately on the monitor with the flip of a switch.
“Our Mi-T-Cutter is the ideal solution for cutting open lateral reinstates,” said Nu Flow CEO Cameron Manners. “With a 19” viewing screen and a camera head that can be positioned in any direction, you can see exactly what is going on in the pipe.”
The cutter requires a reasonable 7 to 10 CFM of air and a standard 110V outlet to power the control box. The drive system is low geared and includes a clutch system to give the motors prolonged life. The cutter is backed by a two-year warranty and includes a 100-foot umbilical cable, with optional 200 and 300-foot cables available. The Full Size or Mini SeeSnake camera head is sold separately. Nu Flow’s Push Rods can also be attached to push or pull the cutter into position.
For lateral reinstatements, opening trapped drains, and cutting out hard debris, the Mi-T-Cutter from Nu Flow is the optimal tool to get the job done. The Mi-T-Cutter is now available. Call 1-800-834-9597 for more information.
