West Bend, WI, September 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Matenaer Corporation, manufacturer of stamped; machined; fabricated and coated metal parts for the agricultural; industrial; engine; transmission; wind and solar industries, announced today the introduction of two new laser cutters. Two Amada LC-3015F1 NT lasers were selected to join Matenaer’s lineup of existing lasers to add capacity to their high-demand fabrication department.
Speed & Accuracy
The Amadas’ full linear drive motor provides increased speed and the ability to hold tighter tolerances, which allows Matenaer to fill customer orders more quickly and manufacture components to customer’s exacting specifications.
The lasers’ patented Water Cutting Assist (WACS) minimizes warping and gives Matenaer the ability to create smaller contours out of thicker materials. Also, their more efficient cutting patterns provide more yield and less waste helping Matenaer to maintain lower material costs.
"Put simply, our two new Amada lasers are a powerful tool to have in our arsenal for serving the customer," said Chip Stringer, President of Matenaer Corporation. “It is an important investment that not a lot of smaller machine shops are willing to make, but the industry demands flexibility and a full range of services under one roof.”
Competence & Confidence
In an average week, the new Amada LC-3015F1 NT lasers process 55,350 pounds of metal. This impressive capacity is due in part to the lasers being capable of lights out running, adding to their overall efficiency.
