The Wallen Way is proud to offer an online membership service, which includes: diet plans tailored to the individual; a membership community where clients can encourage each other for increased motivation and compliance; online exercise classes that can be done at home with no equipment; weekly progress assessments to insure weight-loss progress; various resources regarding stretch-mark prevention, reversing damage done by holiday-induced over-eating; and new resources will be added constantly.

Kingsport, TN, September 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Online membership training program combines exercise instruction, healthy diet plans, and a motivational online community for maximum efficiency and maximum results.

The Wallen Way is excited to announce the grand opening of its innovative personal training membership site. “Opening this new business took a giant leap of faith,” said Daniel Wallen, Owner and Personal Trainer. “But as someone who struggled with his weight for years—and as someone who learned first-hand that most fitness options are simply ineffective—I wanted to offer a program that would truly help people with their weight, at a more reasonable cost than traditional options.”

The Wallen Way is offering a membership service, which includes: diet plans tailored to the individual; a membership community where clients can encourage each other for increased motivation and compliance; online exercise classes that can be done at home with no equipment; weekly progress assessments to insure weight-loss progress; various resources regarding stretch-mark prevention, reversing damage done by holiday-induced over-eating; and new resources will be added constantly. Due to the online nature of the business, clients can be helped anywhere in the country.

Because of Daniel's personal struggle with his own weight, he is blessed with an ability to relate with his clients, and see them as the individuals that they are.

“Many personal trainers are dogmatic in their approach,” said Wallen, “but there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all fitness plan. Everyone's bodies are different. What works for Bob might not work for Jane. What works for Jane might not work for Bob. I understand the individual nature of every client, and as someone who struggled with his weight for many years, I can honestly relate to their struggle. That's what makes me different.”

About Daniel Wallen and the Wallen Way:
The Wallen Way began as a blog detailing Daniel's personal transformation. At the start of his weight-loss journey, at age 21, Daniel weighed 230 lbs; had a 40 inch waist; and was 25% body-fat. Today, at age 25, he weighs 180 lbs, has a 30 inch waist, and is 12% body-fat. Losing weight changed Daniel's life. As a beginner, he wasted a lot of time and money on dieting and training approaches that were ineffective and caused him frustration. He fought adversity, achieved true physical change, and his health; self-confidence; and life have improved vastly. This change impassioned Daniel with a desire to help as many people lose weight as he possibly can.
