On July 23, 2012, Mr. Neal replaced Mike Morris, who was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of URC’s parent company, Pacific Retirement Services, Inc.
Davis, CA, September 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The previous Executive Director of University Retirement Community (URC), Mike Morris, announced today that his replacement has been hired—Matt Neal from Folsom, California. Mr. Neal recently served as Director of Operations for a large multi-facility retirement living organization based in Carmichael, California, and he brings 15 years of aging services experience in operations, strategic planning, and start-ups.
A veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army, Mr. Neal earned his bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Health Care Administration from California State University, Sacramento. He’s a licensed California Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elder.
