Felix N. Rodrigo is Associate Director of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis. CB Richard Ellis is a commercial real estate firm that provides strategic advice and execution for property sales and leasing, corporate services, property and facilities management, mortgage banking, appraisal and valuation as well as development services. Mr. Rodrigo completed his schooling in Sri Lanka and trained as a Marine Engineer before joining the Merchant Marine. Mr. Rodrigo specializes in engineering and asset services. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Rodrigo was Senior Mechanical Engineer (Contract)-Asset Management at Lincolne Scott Australia. Mr. Rodrigo’s efforts in sustainability and implementing energy saving measures were recognized in a feature by Sydney Water’s publication “The Conserver.” Mr. Rodrigo would like to best be known for his dedication and perseverance to see a job well done.
