Basement Doctor Introduces New Radio Show to Columbus & Central Ohio
Columbus, OH, September 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Ron Greenbaum, The Basement Doctor proudly introduces a new radio show for Central Ohio beginning Sunday, October 7th. The 30-minute show will air each Sunday on WMNI Radio (920AM) from 11:30am-12:00pm. The show, Beyond the Basement will encompass Ron’s experiences and adventures from the last 25 years in his role as The Basement Doctor.
“I’ve been fortunate over these last 25 years to meet so many people and experience some unique adventures. I’m really looking forward to sharing these stories with Central Ohio—some are hilarious, some are heart-warming…but all of them come from the people who have supported us all these years—our customers. We try never to forget that.”
Greenbaum is arguably one of the most recognizable business leaders in Central Ohio, known for his expert knowledge in the home improvement industry. His interaction with thousands of customers, frequent media appearances and community and charity involvement over the years has provided Ron with some amazing experiences, not to mention his earlier adventures as a gourmet chef and a rock n’ roll promoter.
He has supported charity organizations such as the Capitol Area Humane Society, the Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research, Honor Flight Columbus and Mid-Ohio Food Bank, to name just a few. Beyond the Basement will feature three distinct segments during the half hour program. It begins with Ron’s Chronicles, an account of his personal and business stories from everyday life. His debut radio show will feature the ‘20 Things I Believe’, a list of values and ideals which have been the foundation of The Basement Doctor’s business success. The middle segment will feature a special guest each week. Finally, the show will conclude with listener questions and comments from the mail bag, social media interaction—or live calls.
