Pulley is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and a Master’s Degree in MIS. He most recently worked as an IT analyst for a healthcare education company. Prior to that experience, Pulley worked with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
