The Eat Here and Pedroncelli Wine Dinner
The Chef teams at the Beach Bistro and Eat Here will present favorite selections from their menus. The tasting menu will include Chilled Applewood Smoked Shrimp, One Helluva Soup, Lamb Loin with Hudson Valley Fois Gras, Sweet Neck Farms Oyster Pan Roast and Confit of Duck Leg. For dessert, the Chocolate Budino.
Sarasota, FL, September 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sean Murphy’s Beach Bistro and Eat Here chefs will be teaming up to present a special tasting menu featuring wines from Pedroncelli, located in Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley.
The J. Pedroncelli Winery is a family-owned and operated vineyard spanning four generations. Since 1927, the award-winning winery has prided itself on the practice of sustainable wine growing while still producing some of the nation’s finest wines. All wines will be available for purchase by the bottle or case.
