New Book About Barack Obama Hopes to Answer Many Questions Before the Election
Author, Okyere Bonna is pleased to announce the release of his book, “Who Is Barack Obama?” The book is available in print, ebook, and audio book format.
Charlotte, NC, September 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Just in time for the November elections, the book hopes to answer many of the lingering questions including “Is Obama a Muslim or a Christian?”
The main purpose of Bonna’s book is to explain the person behind the presidency. Bonna covers Obama’s international pedigree and attempts to sift through the enormous amount of speculation and rumors to present an honest representation of America’s 44th president. He also compares Obama to past presidents in an attempt to answer whether or not Obama has been singled out for reasons outside of the political spectrum.
“My main inspiration was to create a book that would either justify or stop the allegations brought forth against our president,” Bonna says. “As a teacher and a citizen of our dear country, I feel it is my civic responsibility to educate my students by providing them with facts, not tales, when it comes to choosing our next president.”
“Who is Barack Obama?” also discusses Obama’s successful road to the White House and the nuances of the 2008 election. With Bonna’s objective and thoroughly researched analysis of 21st century politics, he also attempts to predict the outcome of this November’s election.
Written in a simplistic tone that allows readers as young as a third grader to understand the material, “Who is Barack Obama?” is a sequel to Bonna’s previously released book, “Barack Obama, the Road to the White House.” Between the two titles, readers will get to know not only the person that is Barack Obama but also the political process that allowed him to be the first African American president in United States History.
“Both ‘Who is Barack Obama?’ and my previous work were designed to whet the appetite for knowledge and let the public know the truth with regards to President Obama,” says Bonna.
Other questions posed in the book include: Is Barack Obama a terrorist? Is Barack Obama the black icon of the 21st century? Is Obama an icon of a post-racial age? Does Obama symbolize multi-culturalism? Does Obama compare with Mahatma Gandhi and the legendary Martin Luther King? Does Barack Obama exhibit an extraordinary capacity to transcend historical racial divides? Can you trust Barack Obama?
