Ann Chambers of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, Inc. Honored with the “Stay Clear of Politics” Recognition from CS3 Technology
CS3 Technology continues the Essential Behavior recognition program for their customers.
Tulsa, OK, September 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Ann Chambers, Senior Manager of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, Inc. (MCFA), was selected by CS3 Technology as the recipient of the “Stay Clear of Politics” Essential Behavior. This Essential Behavior is defined by understanding the politics of a situation, but staying clear of getting involved and not choosing sides.
Recently, MCFA implemented Sage HRMS in a new division. During the implementation, there were some obstacles involving resource availability and conflicts of interest. “Ann had to balance the needs of the new division and MCFA’s corporate needs,” said Brandi Clymer, CS3 Technology’s senior consultant and Ann’s nominator. “Ann was able to keep the focus on overall corporate objectives while remaining sensitive to conflicting needs thereby minimizing the politics of particular situations. If an obstacle came up during the project Ann usually ‘sensed’ it before anyone else. There were many times Ann met with each person separately to work out solutions before the obstacle derailed the project. By meeting with each person individually she was able to come up with a solution to solve the issue. This took the politics out of the situation and instead focused everyone on getting the job done.”
