Broderick Joins Senior Leadership at Fountain Quail
30-year industry veteran will also head up new venture with Select Energy.
Roanoke, TX, September 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Fountain Quail Water Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua-Pure Ventures, Inc. (AQE-TSXV), today announced that Richard Broderick has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Corporate Development. In addition, Broderick has been appointed Chairman of FQS Venture, LLC, a joint venture formed last month between Fountain Quail and Select Energy Services, LLC. He will serve in the chairman’s role for the first year of the joint venture.
Broderick brings more than three decades of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry to his new roles at FQS and Fountain Quail, a global leader in wastewater recycling. He is the owner of Oilfield Water Managers LLC, a firm specializing in water management solutions for the oil and gas sector. He has also served as an advisor to Fountain Quail since June 2011.
Until December 2010, Broderick was the Global Leader, O&G Sector, for Schlumberger Water Services. His tenure with the world’s leading oilfield services company spanned more than 29 years.

Broderick’s broad professional background covers virtually every important discipline in the oilfield services industry, including field work, operations management, sales and marketing, and quality, health, safety and the environment (QHSE). Over the past eight years, he has focused his energies on developing water solutions, through the adaptation of oilfield technology and existing tools, to meet the growing challenge of water resource management.

Unveiled in August, FQS combines the state-of-the-art recycling technology of Fountain Quail with Select, an industry leader in providing water solutions and wellsite services. FQS is capable of servicing multiple operators in virtually every shale and conventional oil and gas play across the continent.
