Aquaponics Expert Hallam Murray Visits Local Business Morning Star Fishermen, Who Will Star in New Documentary
Dade City, FL, September 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Morning Star Fishermen had a special guest visit from the “grandfather” of Aquaponics, Hallam Murray on Wednesday September the 12th 2012. Murray, A native of Australia, will be touring around the United States this month visiting twelve different Aquaponic locations shooting a documentary named “Aquaponics Across America.” The locations are training facilities that want to “change the world.” Morning Star was honored to be his first stop.
Morning Star Fishermen is a non-profit organization that focuses on training communities around the world to sustain themselves through self-maintained environments using fish and vegetables. These documentaries will educate the viewers about poverty, sustainability and innovative ways to produce vegetables and raise fish.
During the tour of Morning Star Fishermen Hallam Murray was fascinated with the techniques and new ideas Morning Star had to offer to the Aquapoincs industry. He used words like “efficient and great work” to describe the operating systems. His purpose for this documentary is to, “show people the different ways to do Aquaponics – how others around the United States have developed their sites.” Teaming up with Morning Star Fishermen Hallam believes this relationship could spread the word about sustainability and will continue to grow through Aquaponics.
