He is the Food Service Director at Aramark which provides a variety of food services to facilities nationally, as well as supplying uniforms. He manages the food service area at Palmer College and assists with campuses in Florida and California. Mr. Gerard is responsible for the payroll systems, scheduling, accounting and catering menus. He was born on April 21, 1972 in Illinois. In his spare time he enjoys coaching, basketball and golf.
