Landmark Building Sells
St. Davids, PA, September 23, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Jim Mealey Sells Landmark Building in Phoenixville
While most commercial properties on Route 23 in Chester County still have a For Sale sign displayed, one local real estate agent just sold and settled the property at 445 Schuylkill Avenue in East Pikeland, Chester County. The 20,000 square foot building on 3.6 acres was previously the home of Phoenix Bowling Lanes from 1959 until last year. The new owner is Springs of Eternal Life Center of Victory. The property was listed and sold by Jim Mealey for $750,000.
"Hiring the head of our commercial division to represent us in the sale of the property is one of the best decisions we ever made, "said Real Estate Broker and former partner in the property, Brett Furman. "Jim created the most comprehensive marketing program for the property which included targeted direct mail, thousands of e-mails, web promotion, flyers, special signage, commercial listing services, cold calling, door knocking and the utilization of his extensive database of contacts to help get the job done for us, "said Real Estate Broker and former partner in the property, Scott Furman.
"I just wish we had more commercial agents onboard like Jim Mealey," indicated Brett Furman. The firm is actively looking to expand its commercial team. The division handles investment, apartments, retail, office & industrial properties in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks and Philadelphia counties.
